Centrio Mall, Dehradun is one of the premier retail and lifestyle destinations in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We are looking for a seasoned Mall Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Mall.

Role: Sr. Manager - Technical Operations | Location: Dehradun | Type: Full-Time. Responsibilities include overseeing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, budgets, maintenance, housekeeping, security, parking, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 10 years of full-time experience in Mall Technical Operations or a similar large setup will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, vendor management & problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of mall systems, safety regulations & facility management standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of all MEP systems — Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Safety.
• Plan and manage operational budgets, AMCs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of mall operations, including housekeeping, security, parking, and facility management.
• Coordinate with vendors, service partners and retail tenants to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain operational standards, safety compliance & quality benchmarks.
