Job summary

KAAPRO is seeking a senior engineering leader to head the Engineering & Maintenance Department of a major mall in Jabalpur. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC and civil systems, drive preventive and breakdown maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across all assets.

The role requires a engineering degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical and 10+ years in a similar leadership position, with preference for experience in malls, hotels or large facilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering/maintenance leadership role.
• Experience in malls, hotels, hospitality, commercial buildings or large facilities preferred.
