Job summary

Glee Grub India is seeking an experienced Mall Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day mall operations in Bareilly. You will coordinate with tenants, brands, food outlets and service partners to ensure smooth business operations.

The role demands strong leadership, vendor management and a hands-on approach to security, housekeeping, maintenance and customer experience. Previous experience in mall or food court operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate preferred.
• 5–10 years of Mall Management, Food Court Management, F&B Operations, Restaurant Operations, Retail Operations or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, operations, customer service and vendor management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities simultaneously.
• Candidates with experience in mall/food court operations will be preferred.
