Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Centre Head / Centre Director to oversee the complete operations and facility management of Urban Square Mall, Udaipur. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient and seamless management of all Technical Services, Soft Services, Horticulture, Security, Housekeeping, Engineering and overall mall operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for end-to-end mall operations and facility management.
• Lead and monitor Technical Services, Soft Services and Horticulture operations.
• Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, lifts, fire & life safety systems and other technical infrastructure.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all mall assets and equipment.
• Manage soft services including housekeeping, security, parking, pest control and waste management.
• Oversee horticulture and landscaping, ensuring high standards of greenery and external areas.
• Ensure smooth functioning, cleanliness, hygiene and overall upkeep of the mall.
• Manage vendors, contractors and service partners, including performance monitoring and SLA compliance.
• Drive CAM, utility management, operational budgets and cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, environmental and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with tenants and retailers for operational requirements, maintenance and fit-out activities.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and mall ambience.
• Develop and implement SOPs, preventive maintenance plans and operational standards.
• Handle emergencies, breakdowns, crisis situations and business continuity requirements.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives for energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Lead, manage and develop the mall operations and facility management team.
• Prepare and present regular operational, technical and facility performance reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of relevant experience in mall management, retail operations, commercial real estate or integrated facility management.
• Strong experience in end-to-end mall operations and facility management.
• Proven experience managing Technical Services, Soft Services and Horticulture functions.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, fire & life safety, engineering and building services.
• Experience in managing large teams, multiple vendors and large-scale commercial assets.
• Strong understanding of CAM, budgeting, cost control and vendor management.
• Excellent tenant, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates from reputed malls, retail, commercial real estate or integrated facility management companies will be preferred.
