Job summary

Phoenix Mills is seeking a Senior Engineer – MEP for the Operations External Interface division in Bengaluru. You will engage with retailers, outsourced agencies, facility managers, OEMs, vendors, and government bodies to ensure compliant and efficient infrastructure operation.

The role requires an engineering graduate in mechanical or diploma with 5-6 years in engineering, including 2-4 years in retail/real estate.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical field.
• 5-6 years of engineering experience; 2-4 years in retail/real estate industry.
• Sound understanding of all mechanical installations in the mall, including electro-mechanical devices; HVAC is a must.

Responsibilities

• Overall purpose/objective of the job: responsible for implementation of maintenance policies and processes.
• Liaise with retailers, outsourced agencies, facility managers, OEMs, vendors for AMC, and with government/regulatory bodies.
