Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring.
• Plan and execute hiring for business accounts.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with procedures and policy guidelines.
• Execute hiring numbers within defined SLA/TAT.
• Manage internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
• Provide market intelligence and analysis to the business.

• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls).

• Assist in employee retention and development.
• Organize career fairs, campus recruitment, assessment centers or events.
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

The role Manager Talent Acquisition is to provide tactical and strategic consulting about on-campus and off campus opportunities for various roles in the organization. He/she will also be responsible for overall hiring for two or more HC verticals and will lead the team of Entry Level recruiters. Will maintain highest level of Integrity, honesty and reliability ownership.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the execution of end to end recruitment process of staffing for volume hiring
• Should be able to plan and execute hiring plan for business accounts
• Ensuring smooth functioning of the recruitment process while maintaining compliance to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT
• Managing internal stakeholders and ensuring that business meets their hiring numbers
• Be a strategic partner to the business by providing market intelligence & key analysis on a regular basis
• Utilizing all the available resources to their maximum potential to ensure that hiring targets are achieved at an optimal cost.
• Should effectively manage the team, ensure they are motivated and guide them to achieve desired results
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes ( interviews, screening calls etc.)
