GIFT International Fintech Innovation Hub (GIFT IFIH) is a flagship initiative of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), designed to position India as a global hub for fintech innovation and entrepreneurship.
GIFT IFIH operates as a dedicated fintech incubator and accelerator, supporting high-potential fintech startups with access to global markets, capital, industry expertise, and a progressive regulatory environment within India’s International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
Objective of Role
Support the effective execution and management of the fintech innovation hub at GIFT by enabling program delivery, ecosystem engagement, and performance tracking, while working closely with the Fintech team at GIFTCL and external operating partners.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong execution, coordination, and program management capabilities.

Pay Band
- Commensurate with qualifications and experience. (in the pay-scale of Rs.53,100-1,67,800 as per 7th CPC)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related disciplines
- Certifications in program management, startup ecosystems, venture development, or innovation management are desirable
Key Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in startup ecosystems, consulting, fintech, or related domains
- Experience working with startups, incubators/accelerators, or ecosystem stakeholders is preferred
- Exposure to fintech, digital finance, or emerging technologies through academic or professional experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving capabilities
Role Descriptions
- Support execution of incubation and acceleration programs in coordination with operating partner
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure effective implementation
- Support startup sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing engagement
- Act as a coordination point for startups within the hub
- Facilitate connections with mentors, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Coordinate with operating partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on program delivery and objectives
- Track key performance metrics (startups onboarded, partnerships, program outcomes)
- Compile and validate data, and prepare periodic reports and dashboards
- Support planning and execution of demo days, investor connects, workshops, and ecosystem events
