Lead academic strategy, program design, and delivery excellence for the GIFT Fintech Institute, ensuring high-quality executive education, industry-aligned curriculum design, and seamless partner execution. This is the contractual position in the grade of Manager / Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or related domains.
• Doctoral qualification (PhD) in a relevant field preferred, especially for candidates from academia or research backgrounds.
• Certifications or coursework in FinTech, Digital Finance, or Program Design will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years in academic program development or higher education management
• Exposure to fintech, digital finance, BFSI, or technology programs preferred

• Design and curate certificate, executive education, and masterclass programs in fintech, digital finance, and allied domains
• Ensure curriculum aligns with emerging fintech trends, regulatory frameworks, and industry innovations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, faculty, institutions, and global partners

Program Governance & Delivery

• Maintain academic quality standards and program rigor
• Establish learning outcomes, assessment structures, and faculty guidelines

Partnership Management

• Manage academic partnerships with universities, regulators, institutions, and industry leaders
