Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a transition manager to partner with the transition lead, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute the transfer of business processes from PepsiCo units to ICC locations following PepsiCo's transition methodology.

The role requires managing medium- to complex transitions in a global environment, owning detailed project plans, establishing governance cadence, tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of experience in Transitions / Project Management.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment.
• Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.
• Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
• Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements.
• Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.
• Managing stakeholders and communications, including escalation facilitation when required.
• Coordinating with relevant teams to deliver service metrics for the planned migration, required service documentation and required IT access and tools.
• Managing logistics for travel related to transition
• Maintaining transition wave files and folders for future audit purposes.
• Contributing to scope design and transition audits; maintaining design engagement to ensure outputs set the project up for success in line with the GCC strategy.
• Supporting the TMO (Transition Management office) activities as needed
