Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a Schneider Electric unit, seeks a Senior Manager - Production at its Vadodara factory to lead manufacturing operations. • Improve labour productivity in shop.

This position will be based at Vadodara Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Designation: Senior Manager - Production

Qualification: Degree (Production)

Experience: 8 years to 12 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

1 Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.

2 Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions

3 Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engg, material productivity, labour productivity
