Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., in Vadodara, Gujarat, is seeking a Deputy Manager Production to oversee monthly finished goods scheduling, material planning, and cross-department coordination on the shop floor.

You will ensure material availability, track inventory, and drive timely completion of urgent and specific orders while aligning with production planning processes and SAP MM/PP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of production planning processes.
• SAP MM/PP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and Finalisation of Monthly FG Schedule. ( M1, M2, M3 )
• Raw Material and Components schedule / requirement finalisation for the month. ( M1, M2,M3 )
• Follow up with all concern and ensure Adherence and compliance for Finalised Breaker and Accessories Schedule. Regular interaction with shop, SMD, DSSG and concerned depts
• Ensure Raw Material & Component availability for assembly line as per Plan , Ensure Stock Norms of RM & Components.
• Control on Inventory and WIP as per Target / Budget, reduction in non Moving / Slow Moving Inventory
• Tracking and ensure completion on time of Urgent, White Label and Specific order. Communicate to Customer about commitment and related activities.
• Prepare Weekly plan for FG SKU's, Inhouse components and co-ordinate to ensure material availability accordingly.
• Good Understanding of Production planning process, SAP knowledge on MM, PP module
