Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining paint and hemming robots.
• Knowledge of PLC controls, VFDs and electrical controls.
• Hands-on maintenance of heavy machinery and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum availability, reliability and efficiency of paint, body and press shop equipment and utilities.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance while complying with safety, quality, environmental and productivity requirements.
• Good knowledge of Paint & Hemming ROBOT, PLC controls, VFDs and electrical controls.
• Maintenance of equipment including paint shop components, robots, air handling units, pumps, conveyors, ovens, press machines, spot welding guns, fixtures, hydraulics and pneumatics controls.
• Maintenance of heavy mechanical presses, cranes, PLCs, Drives and industrial robotics; TPM and RCA.

Role & responsibilities

• Will be responsible for ensuring maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of all paint , Body & press shop equipment and utilities.
• The role involves planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and productivity requirements.
• Good knowledge of Paint & Hemming ROBOT, PLC controls, VFD's and electrical controls.
• Paint shop hands on maintenance experience of PTCED, paint shop rectifier, Paint Robot, Hemming Robot, Air handling units, Paint kitchen, Pumps and mechanical seals, Conveyors, Ovens, Press machines, Spot welding Guns, IT guns, Fixtures for component holding for spot welding, Hydraulics and pneumatics controls associated with machines.
• Maintenance of Heavy mechanical presses, Cranes. PLCs, Drives, and Automation Systems Industrial Robotics (ABB)TPM and Reliability Engineering Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
