Job summary

Pinnacle Industries is seeking a maintenance lead with hands-on experience across paintshop, presses, conveyors, gas and pneumatic systems, robotics, and related manufacturing equipment. The role focuses on developing preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance strategies to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will oversee installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of production machinery, utilities, and facilities, while proactively resolving downtime issues and

Qualifications

• Experience with utility maintenance, plant maintenance and machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies to maximize uptime.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of production machinery, utilities, and facilities.
• Ensure minimal downtime by proactively identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
• Optimize maintenance schedules to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage day-to-day activities in the maintenance function.
• Perform breakdown, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, spare parts planning, and consumption tracking.
• Exposure to IATF, 5S, TPM and EHS in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in Paintshop, Press machines, paint shop conveyors, gearboxes, pneumatics, robotics, and related equipment.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all production machinery, utilities, and facilities.
• Must have experience with Utility maintenance, Plant maintenance, and Machine Maintenance.
• Ensure minimal downtime by proactively identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
• Optimise maintenance schedules to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Look after day-to-day activities in maintenance function.
• Break down, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, spare parts failure analysis, spare parts planning, spare consumption tracking and monitoring.
• Exposure in manufacturing systems IATF, 5S, TPM and EHS.

Hands-on maintenance experience in Paintshop, Press machines, sound knowledge in Paintshop conveyor system, Gema controller and Paint Guns, Gear box maintenance and Pneumatic machines, Robotic welding, Paint Shop equipment, Vacuum Forming, Injection Moulding, Extrusion machines, Utility equipment Air Compressor, DG Set etc
