Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a mechanical maintenance engineer with 3–8 years of experience to support paint shop operations in Telangana region. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance of conveyors, boosters, blowers, pumps and gearboxes, along with ensuring reliable process utilities.

Candidate should hold a BTech in Mechanical Engineering and demonstrate strong analytical thinking, PLM familiarity, and teamwork to ensure smooth plant performance and equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Btech-Mech or equivalent mechanical engineering degree.
• 3–8 years of general experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with conveyors, skid systems, elevators and transfer units.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on paint shop and related process equipment.
• Maintain booths, ventilation, exhaust systems and air-handling equipment.
• Inspect and service pumps, blowers, gearboxes and material-handling systems.

Job description
