Job summary

Leadec in Pune, India seeks a maintenance/automation engineer with hands-on experience in paint shop operations, conveyor automation, and maintenance. You will work with AB PLCs, troubleshoot and program at a basic level, and support networking across Ethernet/ControlNet/DeviceNet.

Proficiency in EPLAN and SCADA FT View is needed to design, troubleshoot and optimize electrical systems. You will also configure PowerFlex VFDs and soft starters, collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure high

Qualifications

• Should have hands-on experience in Paint shop operation or Maintenance or conveyor automation.
• AB Make PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Working experience on Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet networks.
• Knowledge of EPLAN drawing and electrical architecture.
• Familiar with AB VFDs and Soft starters.
• Knowledge of SCADA-FactoryTalk View.
• Able to read/write PLC programs.
• Configure and troubleshoot PowerFlex VFDs and SMCs.

Role & responsibilities

• 1.Should have technical hands on experience in Paint shop operation or Maintenance or conveyor automation
• 2.Should have expertise in AB make PLC (Rxlogix5000,studio5000,micrologix)-Troubleshooting level, basic programming level
• 3.Should have working experience on different network protocol like as Ethernet, control net,Devicenet
• 4.Should have knowledge of Eplan drawing, electrical architecture
• 5.Should be familiar with AB VFDs,Soft starter
• 6.Should have knowledge on SCADA-Factory talk view
• 7.Should be able to read write programme
• 8.Should be able to configure and trouble shoot Power flex VFDs,SMCs.
