Job summary

SV Management Consultants in Indore is seeking an automation engineer with hands-on exposure to Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLC and KUKA robots (KRC4). The role requires familiarity with NASH, OBARA, Nimak spot welding systems and SPMs used in body shop welding.

You will handle corrections of abnormalities, repairs or modifications of spare parts, perform problem analysis, generate MIS reports, and manage spare parts inventory. Strong welding knowledge and handling of robotics are essential.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLC and KUKA robots with KRC4 exposure is MUST.
• Experience with NASH, OBARA, Nimak spot welding systems and SPMs related to body shop welding.

Responsibilities

• Corrections of abnormalities for body shop equipment.
• Repairs or modifications of spare parts or equipment.
• Improvements as per requirement and problem analysis.
• MIS preparation and presentation weekly / monthly.
• Analysis of repetitive problems and corrective actions.
• Inventory of spares, indenting, and maintaining stock and records.
• Knowledge of welding technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, spot welding machines, MIG welding machines, robots, and material handling equipment; familiarity with kaizens, QCC, TPM, IATF, EOHS.

• 6. Inventory of Spares , indenting, and maintaining stock and records.
• 7. Understanding & knowledge of Welding technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, Spot welding machines, Mig welding machines, Robots, material handling equipments, Expertise in kaizens, QCC, TPM , IATF, EOHS.
