Job summary

Ripple Links is seeking a Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead influencer campaigns, work with brands, creators and talent managers, and translate brand briefs into influencer requirements. You will build client-ready lists, identify creators, negotiate, and manage end-to-end workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in influencer marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across Mumbai and Bangalore in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Creator Marketing.
• Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Exposure to the Social Media & Digital Marketing ecosystem.
• Experience in client servicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of creators, influencers and current social-media trends.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple campaigns.
• Agile, creative and adaptable approach.
