Job summary

DigiXpressions in Mumbai's Ghansoli is seeking an Influencer Executive to drive our influencer marketing efforts. You will identify, onboard, and manage creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines.

Join a fast-paced digital marketing team and work on end-to-end campaigns, from briefing to execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results and strong relationships with creators and clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Client Servicing, or Digital Marketing.
• Freshers with relevant internships or certifications may be considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and onboard influencers across platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers and agencies.
• Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns from briefing to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives, audience, timelines and deliverables.
• Negotiate terms, deliverables and timelines with influencers.
• Prepare campaign proposals, influencer shortlists, and budgets.
• Track campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure influencers deliver content per brand guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, design, and social teams.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging creators.
• Maintain an updated influencer database and campaign docs.

• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and campaign timelines with influencers.
• Prepare campaign proposals, influencer shortlists, and budget estimates.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure influencers deliver content as per brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, design, and social media teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
