Job summary

Durucooperation in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Industry Partnership to build and manage strategic relationships with companies, industry bodies, and corporate stakeholders.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in partnerships, a strong commercial mindset, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in industry partnerships, business development, corporate relations, or B2B relationships.
• Proven client/industry relationship management and partnership development.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple corporate relationships and partnership initiatives.
• Strong commercial orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, corporates, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and onboard new organizations for strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
• Drive corporate engagement, partnership development, and relationship management initiatives.
• Understand industry requirements and identify opportunities for collaboration, talent engagement, training, projects, or other relevant initiatives.
• Lead discussions, presentations, negotiations, and partnership proposals with prospective partners.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from lead generation and outreach to agreement, execution, and relationship management.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve partnership and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership commitments.
• Track partnership performance, maintain databases, and prepare regular MIS and management reports.
• Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, conferences, and networking forums.
• Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities for strategic collaboration.
