Job summary

NIIT Foundation in India is seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and strengthen ties with educational institutions, universities, and training organizations to expand program outreach. You will manage MOUs, coordinate with government and academic leaders, and drive quarterly targets for tie-ups, collaborations, and lead generation to boost program success.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in institutional partnerships, strong negotiation and relationship-management skills,

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inManagement, Social Work, Education, Public Policy, or a related fieldis preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experiencein institutional partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or program coordination.
• Prior experience working witheducational institutions, universities, skilling organizations, or CSR initiativeswill be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience inbuilding strategic collaborations, managing institutional partnerships, and facilitating the signing of MOUs.
• Familiarity withskill development, employability, digital education, or capacity-building programswill be an added advantage.
• Ability toengage effectively with government departments, academic leadership, and other key stakeholders.
• Strongorganizational, negotiation, and relationship management skillswith the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
• Proficiency inMS Office, presentations, and documentationfor partnership proposals, reports, and institutional communications.
• Adaptable, proactive, and innovative mindset, with willingness to travel for institutional engagement and partnership development.
