Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Pune seeks a Senior Manager - Information Technology to lead analysis of business processes, data and user requirements. You will own requirements, craft BRDs and user stories, and obtain end-user sign-offs in JIRA.

You will collaborate with Sales, UW, Operations, Claims and RI, finalize documentation with IT owners, and contribute to project implementation, configuration, testing and timeline adherence in a dynamic corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or IT projects.
• Experience in BRD creation, user stories, and requirement sign-offs.
• Proficiency in JIRA and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and user requirements and document problem statements.
• Create as-is and to-be processes and detailed BRDs.
• Finalize BRDs, user stories, and CRs with IT system owners.
• Support project implementation, testing, and timeline adherence.
