Job summary

Golden Opportunities invites a Senior Manager to lead high-value, multi-region outsourcing engagements from Pan India. The role emphasizes designing client-centric solutions, driving transformation programs, and crafting competitive pricing across varied commercial constructs.

The position requires 6–9 years of experience, work-from-office expectations, and the ability to coordinate with Delivery, Finance, Pricing, Transition, Automation, Technology, and Talent Supply teams.

Qualifications

• Design end-to-end solutions for large, complex, multi-tower and multi-region outsourcing engagements.
• Translate client business challenges into scalable and commercially viable solution frameworks.
• Develop operating models, governance structures, staffing plans, transition roadmaps, SLAs, and transformation strategies.
• Align organizational capabilities, technology solutions, automation opportunities, and delivery models with client requirements.
• Build competitive pricing models including FTE-based, transaction-based, outcome-based, gainshare, and hybrid commercial constructs.
• Participate in RFP, RFI, proposal management, and large deal pursuits.
• Lead and support due diligence exercises, workshops, and client discussions.
• Validate solution assumptions and refine proposals based on client inputs and business requirements.
• Ensure solution feasibility, operational readiness, and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze client business models, operating environments, market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance.
• Develop industry-aligned solution propositions and transformation recommendations.
• Create compelling value propositions and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, Pricing, Transition, Automation, Technology, and Talent Supply teams.
• Act as a central solution orchestrator throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
• Support successful handover and transition of won engagements.
