Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned HR Service Delivery Senior Manager to lead complex employee relations and case management programs within Workday HCM. You will drive standardized processes, risk controls, and confidential handling of sensitive cases for senior client teams.

You will mentor a team of HR Case Managers, set performance expectations, and partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 16–25 years of experience in HR service delivery or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of case management processes and Workday HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR case lifecycle, including grievances, performance, investigations, accommodations, and separations.
• Establish standardized case management frameworks, intake protocols, SLAs and escalation paths.
• Design and manage Workday HR data tracking for talent and performance management.

What would you do?

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases including grievances, performance management, workplace investigations, accommodations, and separations. Establish and maintain standardized case management frameworks, intake protocols, SLA standards, and escalation pathways. Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all cases within the HR case management system
• Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.

• The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

• Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.
• Individual manages large teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
