Responsibilities

• Supports and manages employee relations processes for clients in the travel and aviation industry, handling complex cases and administrative activities in APAC.
• Acts as a subject matter resource within employee relations operations, ensuring accurate case management and timely resolution of concerns.
• Manage and process employee relations cases and service requests through case management systems.
• Analyze employee relations requests and apply HR policies within travel and aviation environments.
• Provide administrative support for investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and system updates within defined service levels.
• Perform quality checks and audits on employee relations cases to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.

• Provide administrative support for investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns across travel and aviation operations.

• Perform quality checks and audits on employee relations cases to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Support resolution of escalated or complex employee relations issues and coordinate with internal HR teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process documentation, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives within employee relations operations.
• Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and security of employee relations information in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
