Aerial Telecom Solutions in Mohali seeks a Senior Manager Freight Brokerage Operations to build and lead a US freight desk from scratch. You will establish brokerage authority, hire the first team, and run operations end-to-end, coordinating with the US team and stakeholders.

• Performance: build dashboards and own loads, margins, on-time pickups/deliveries
• Team & playbook: hire/train staff, write SOPs for US stakeholders

We're Hiring: Senior Manager Freight Brokerage Operations (Mohali)

Aerial Telecom Solutions is building a US freight brokerage, and we're looking for someone who has run a US freight desk end to end — carrier sales, dispatch, track & trace, carrier compliance — to set up and lead ours from Mohali.

This is a 0-to-1 build, not a seat on an existing floor. You'll stand the operation up, hire the first desk, and then run it.

What you'll own

• Brokerage setup: coordinate FMCSA broker authority, BMC-84 surety bond, BOC-3 process agent and UCR filings with our US team
• Carrier sales & dispatch: load booking on DAT / Truckstop, rate negotiation, carrier onboarding and vetting (Highway, Carrier411, MyCarrierPackets or similar), track & trace, after-hours coverage
• Tooling & process: TMS selection and setup, carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOL/POD workflows, invoicing and claims
• Performance: loads per rep per day, gross margin per load, on-time pickup/delivery, carrier compliance — you'll build the dashboard and own the numbers
• Team & playbook: hire and train carrier sales reps, dispatchers and track & trace staff, and write the SOPs our US stakeholders will run on

Who we're looking for

• 8+ years in US freight brokerage or carrier dispatch, including time leading a desk (team lead / ops manager / floor head)
• Hands-on with load boards, carrier vetting tools and at least one TMS
• Working knowledge of FMCSA rules, broker-carrier agreements, double-brokering risk, equipment types and lane dynamics
• Comfortable working US hours and directly with US-based stakeholders
• A builder — someone who has set up processes, not just followed them
