• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-12 years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain operations with exposure to US & Canada logistics.
• Strong understanding of dispatch - TL, LTL, intermodal and freight operations.
• Experience with TMS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel or data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics processes for the US & Canada transportation network.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.
• Monitor transportation KPIs, analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight brokers, warehouses and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with North American transportation regulations and customer requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable logistics solutions.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for service failures and process deviations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with planning, procurement, customer service and operations teams.
