Job summary

Aerial Telecom Solutions (ATS) in Mohali invites a Manager / Sr. Manager for US Logistics Process (Freight Brokerage) to lead end-to-end US transportation initiatives from Phase 8 Industrial Area Mohali.

You will drive process improvements, develop SOPs, mentor the team, and partner with carriers, brokers and warehouses to deliver compliant, cost-efficient logistics services while enabling automation and digital transformation across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–9 years in logistics with Freight Brokerage and US exposure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
• Experience with dispatch, TL/LTL, intermodal operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end US transportation logistics processes.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, warehouses and cross-functional teams.
• Develop SOPs and maintain process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NA regulations and client requirements.

We're looking for a dynamic Manager / Sr. Manager US Logistics Process to lead strategic logistics initiatives, streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics processes for the US transportation network.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.
• Monitor transportation KPIs, analyze performance metric and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight brokers, warehouses and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with North American transportation regulations and customer requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable logistics solutions.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for service failures and process deviations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with planning, procurement, customer service and operations teams.
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives within logistics processes.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 - 9 years of experience in logistics, Freight Brokerage with exposure to US logistics.
• Strong understanding of dispatch - truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal and freight operations.
• Experience with TMS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel or data analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
