Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Team Member – Finishing to plan, execute, and monitor finishing works across façade, interiors, and external finishes on assigned projects. The role requires technical expertise in finishes and strict adherence to design intent, specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

The candidate will coordinate with design teams, consultants and contractors to deliver defect-free execution while controlling costs and maintaining quality and documentation.

The role ensures quality execution of façade, interiors and external finishes in line with design, specifications, safety standards and timelines, while acting as a technical expert without direct people management responsibility.
