Job summary

Larsen & Toubro, Panvel, Maharashtra, seeks a Team Member - Finishing to plan, execute and monitor finishing works across assigned projects, ensuring façade, interiors and external finishes meet design, specifications and safety standards.

You will coordinate with design teams, consultants and contractors, maintain site documentation and progress reports, and focus on quality, minimal rework and timely handover to exceed client expectations.

SECTION: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Team Member - Finishing is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring finishing works across assigned projects. The role ensures quality execution of façade, interiors and external finishes in line with design, specifications, safety standards and timelines, while acting as a technical expert without direct people management responsibility.
