PeopleStrong is seeking a Project Lead – Finishing to oversee end-to-end planning, management, and execution of finishing works on large-scale construction sites. You will ensure interior and exterior finishes meet design specs, quality benchmarks, and project timelines while leading a multidisciplinary site team.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality finishes, review shop drawings and samples, and drive timely project handovers

Qualificações

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in finishing works on large construction projects is essential.
• Strong coordination and communication with consultants, contractors and clients required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the complete execution of finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, cladding, and façade treatments at site.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules for finishing activities in coordination with planning and execution teams.
• Ensure alignment of finishing activities with architectural and interior design specifications and client expectations.
• Oversee deployment of resources including manpower, subcontractors, and materials to ensure productivity and timely completion.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, QA/QC, and procurement teams for seamless interface execution and issue resolution.
• Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and sample approvals in collaboration with consultants and clients.

Job Description

The Project Lead – Finishing – Site is responsible for end-to-end planning, management, and execution of finishing works across large-scale construction projects at the site. The role ensures that interior and exterior architectural finishes are delivered in alignment with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. The incumbent leads a multidisciplinary site team and coordinates with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality finishes and ensure timely project handovers.
