Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Gurugram is seeking a skilled Facilities professional to oversee engineering and maintenance of the corporate facility. You will ensure uptime of critical equipment, coordinate AMC vendors, monitor utilities, and drive cost-efficient facility operations.

The role emphasizes M&E systems, energy management, safety compliance, and supporting events and leadership visits, with a structured PPM/SLA-driven workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility
  • Ensure 100% uptime of all critical equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC services
  • Review equipment health and update management on time
  • Follow PPM schedule and PTRU tracker activities
  • Assess maintenance practices by M&E contractors and ensure quality
  • Track operating expenses of utilities
  • Maintain power, HVAC, furniture, UPS, plumbing, fire safety and related procedures
  • Coordinate with manpower vendors for replacements as needed
  • Collate data on stock costs, energy and water usage for FM reports
  • Escalate incidents promptly and manage maintenance activities
  • Monitor M&E consumables usage and reordering
  • Ensure work orders meet SLA and perform weekly checks
  • Plan annual shutdowns and drive operational efficiency initiatives
  • Provide inputs for daily and other management reports
  • Conduct staff briefings and trainings
  • Review SOPs and update changes as required
  • Maintain escalation matrix and support management visits
  • Ensure PCB-compliant annual returns and housekeeping of records
  • Adhere to work permits and ensure projects cause minimal client impact

Finally, we work closely with business and corporate function leadership to administer and execute corporate policies and apply global firm-wide standards for functions where efficiencies exist, risks are reduced and/or operating practices are improved.

Roles and Responsibilities-
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities
  • To oversee complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility
  • Ensure 100% uptime of all critical equipment’s
  • Coordinate with vendor for AMC services
  • Reviewing All equipment health condition and updating the management on timely manner
  • To meticulously follow PPM schedule and PTRU tracker works
  • Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations
  • Tracking of operating expenses of utilities
  • Maintenance of power supply in the facilities, HVAC system, office furniture, general repair and maintenance, UPS, Plumbing, fire layouts and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with manpower vendor for replacement in case of any manpower absenteeism.
  • Data collation for Stock Costs, Operating Parameters for equipment & utilities, statistics for energy consumption, water consumption and analysis for FM reports
  • To review the maintenance activities - to coordinate with vendors for all preventive, breakdown and emergency maintenance.
  • To ensure that all incidents are promptly escalated to concerned personnel.
  • Monitoring the M&E Consumables utilization & reordering
  • Ensuring the workorders are completed as per the SLA
  • Performing weekly FAS checking
  • Ensuring the annual shutdown activities are planned
  • Implementation of initiatives to improve operational efficiencies in facility
  • To provide inputs for daily report and other reports
  • Conducting staff briefings and trainings
  • Reviewing the SOP’s and ensuring the necessary changes are updated
  • Updating the Escalation Matrix as on when required
  • Supporting Events and Sr. Management visits
  • Responsible for submitting annual returns as per PCB norms
  • Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations;
  • Ensuring the Work permits are followed as per the guidelines
  • Ensure the contractors always follow the house rules and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client
