Job summary

DTCC Hyderabad is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to supervise the day-to-day facility operations, oversee FFE repairs, and manage outsourced staff. The role requires physical presence five days a week and close collaboration with vendors.

This position is part of a flexible/hybrid model with on-site and remote work options. You will implement preventive maintenance, manage service contracts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support audits and leadership visits while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Any degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day facility operations, soft services, engineering systems and critical infrastructure.
• Execute preventive maintenance and manage AMCs for all equipment.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, SLAs, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Oversee vendors and contractors ensuring 100% statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Validate vendor invoices and support procurement (negotiation, REQ creation).
• Manage food & beverage services and workplace support (mailroom, parking, supplies).
• Maintain asset inventory and support cost control initiatives.
• Lead EEMS implementation aligned with ISO 50001 & 14001.
• Monitor energy usage, environmental KPIs, and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Support audits, leadership visits, and cross-functional coordination.

The Impact you will have in this role:

This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day facility operations, furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE) repairs and maintenance in the designated office and the role incumbent is expected to be physically present in the office 5 days per week other than whilst on leave. This position is also responsible for supervision of outsourced facility operations staff.

• Excellent communication, written skills and client focus
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
• Experience with Service-now Work Order System (or comparable system)
• Strong vendor relationship management skills
