Responsibilities

• Project execution and coordination across transformation initiatives.
• Support planning and execution across finance towers (O2C, P2P, R2R) and MDM.
• Manage project tracking, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, GPOs, and stakeholders.
• Act as a secondary coordination point to ensure smooth delivery.
• Data analysis with Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to identify improvements and validate business cases.
• Track and report benefits (e.g., productivity gains, working capital improvements, efficiency metrics).
• Develop dashboards and reports with DRO for performance monitoring and decision making.
• Document current and future state processes across F&A towers.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and non-value-added activities.
• Support standardization, harmonization, and adoption of best practices.
• Assist in testing, user training, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, and AI-led improvements.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination
• Support planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple finance towers (O2C, P2P, R2R) and MDM
• Manage project tracking, timelines, milestones, and status reporting
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, GPOs, and stakeholders
• Act as a secondary coordination point to ensure smooth project delivery
• Data Analysis & Performance Management
• Perform data analysis with PBI dashboards and excel report out to identify improvement opportunities and validate business cases
• Track and report benefits (through DYKs), including productivity gains, working capital improvements, and efficiency metrics
• Develop dashboards and reports with the support of Data reporting office (DRO) for performance monitoring and decision-making
• Process Optimization & Documentation
• Document current (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes across F&A towers
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and non-value-added activities
• Support standardization, harmonization, and adoption of best practices
• Digital & Transformation Enablement
• Support implementation of transformation tools along with tech team (e.g., Coupa, BlackLine, Credica, automation solutions)
• Assist in testing, user training, and change management activities
• Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, and AI-led improvements

Qualifications
