Job summary

Seven N Half in Mumbai seeks a Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end digital transformation across manufacturing, BFSI, and other sectors with a finance focus. You will shape opportunities, define roadmaps, and partner with IT, business, and delivery teams to realize value.

You will lead pre-sales and solutioning, design demonstrations and POCs, translate business needs into technology solutions, and establish governance for measurable benefits across global scales.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, data analytics, automation, and enterprise architecture as applied to Finance and HR.
• Deep experience in Finance & Accounting transformation and consulting led delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of business transformation, digital enablement, software build, and change delivery.

Responsibilities

• Actively originate, identify, and shape digital transformation opportunities across in scope processes with input from functional and domain experts.
• Define and manage the transformation roadmap for identified opportunities at both country and global levels.
• Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to key prospects and customers, providing strategic insights on how digital finance and HR solutions address business challenges.
• Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification.

We are currently hiring for a leading largest Conglomerate of the nation, based in Mumbai.

Role : Transformation Lead (Scope: MFG, GM, EBU/ TSS, BFSI/ LSHCERU, CBG, CMI)

Overview :

The Transformation Lead will spearhead end to end business transformation initiatives across assigned Business Units, with a strong focus on Finance. This role is pivotal in shaping, driving, and realizing digital transformation opportunities during the pre sales and sales lifecycle, working closely with business, technology, alliances, and delivery teams at both local and global scales.

Job Responsibility :

1. Transformation Strategy & Opportunity Shaping :

• Actively originate, identify, and shape digital transformation opportunities across in scope processes with input from functional and domain experts.
• Define and manage the transformation roadmap for identified opportunities at both country and global levels.
• Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to key prospects and customers, providing strategic insights on how digital finance and HR solutions address business challenges.

2. Pre Sales & Solutioning Leadership :

• Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification.
• Work closely with cross functional teams - Delivery, Solutions, Alliances, and Technical teams - to build, test, and deploy transformation solutions.
• Design and deliver innovative solution demonstrations, tailored POCs, and techno functional presentations aligned to customer needs.
• Act as a bridge between IT, Business, and Pre Sales teams, translating business requirements into feasible technology solutions.

3. Alliance & Ecosystem Management :

• Collaborate with alliance partners and managers to assess applicability and usage of platforms, products, and partnerships.
• Recommend optimal ecosystem led solutions to deliver maximum transformation value.
• Establish strong governance frameworks for transformation delivery and benefits realization.
• Define a transformation measurement framework, KPIs, and standardized ways of working.
• Guide project and process teams on defining, tracking, and achieving transformation milestones.
• Track, analyze, and leverage performance metrics for continuous improvement of transformation outcomes.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to existing projects to maximize business value.

4. Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices :

• Liaise with other Transformation Leads to share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable assets.
• Drive consistency and maturity across transformation approaches within and across Business Units.
