Job summary

MYK LATICRETE in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Manager – Engineering Procurement to lead CAPEX and MRO sourcing for greenfield, brownfield and expansion projects. You will ensure uninterrupted procurement across all plants, focusing on cost, quality, timelines and asset reliability.

Ideal candidates have 12–18 years in engineering procurement with hands-on SAP/ERP experience and a background in process industries.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years in engineering procurement.
• Strong exposure to both CAPEX and MRO procurement.
• Experience in chemicals, construction materials, cement, paints, pharma or other process industries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CAPEX procurement for new plants, expansions and modernization projects.
• Develop project procurement plans aligned with engineering milestones.
• Source process equipment, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, civil and structural packages.
• Manage techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, contracts, milestone payments, warranties and liquidated damages.
• Lead vendor development for OEMs, EPC contractors and engineering service providers.
• Own MRO procurement strategy across all manufacturing locations.
• Establish rate contracts and optimize inventory while maintaining service levels.
• Drive supplier performance, localization, TCO optimization and digital procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Finance and Plant Operations.

Job Description Senior Manager – Engineering Procurement (CAPEX & MRO)

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Head – Supply Chain & Procurement

Purpose

Lead engineering procurement across greenfield, brownfield and expansion projects while ensuring uninterrupted MRO procurement across all manufacturing plants. Responsible for sourcing capital equipment, engineering services, utilities, spares and maintenance materials with focus on cost, quality, project timelines and asset reliability.
