Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced CAPEX Buyer / Project Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement for CAPEX and project requirements, including Civil, MEP, HVAC, Interiors, machinery and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CAPEX & Project Procurement

• Manage end-to-end procurement for CAPEX and projects from RFQ to PO closure.
• Handle Civil, MEP, HVAC, Interior, machinery and equipment procurement.
• Manage AMC and maintenance contracts.

2. Vendor Management & Sourcing

• Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors and contractors.
• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations.
• Develop sourcing strategies for cost optimization.

3. Tendering & Contract Management

• Prepare RFQs, RFPs and tender documents.
• Manage e-auctions and commercial bidding.
• Review contracts and monitor vendor compliance.

4. Cost Optimization & Commercial Analysis

• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering and commercial evaluations.
• Ensure procurement is within approved budgets.
• Prepare comparative statements and approval notes.

5. Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Finance and User Teams.
• Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve procurement and commercial issues.

6. Systems & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Work on SAP S/4 HANA, Advanced Excel and procurement tools.
