Wonder Cement Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to lead the Electrical & Instrumentation department at our Godhra plant. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted plant operations, drive automation and digitization, and mentor team members through focused training programs.

The role involves managing maintenance of E&I equipment, optimizing HT/LT systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve reliability and efficiency across the plant.

Formación

• Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation department to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Drive automation, digitization and process improvements across the plant.
• Develop and mentor team members through training and skill enhancement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the E&I department and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of E&I equipment.
• Ensure optimization of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA and instrumentation systems.
• Monitor and improve equipment reliability, availability and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Drive energy conservation and power optimization initiatives across the plant.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements.
• Lead project execution, installation, commissioning and plant expansion activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Quality and Safety teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure optimum performance of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation systems.
• Monitor and improve equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Drive automation, digitization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets and control maintenance costs.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements.
• Lead project execution, installation, commissioning, and plant expansion activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Quality, and Safety teams for smooth plant operations.
• Develop and mentor team members through training and skill enhancement programs.
• Drive energy conservation and power optimization initiatives across the plant.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
