Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced E&I Maintenance Lead to manage all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities. You will ensure production schedules are met while maximizing uptime and safety across the plant.

The role requires 6–9 years of E&I experience and a BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or E&I. You will drive preventive maintenance, asset registers, and adherence to local regulations and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee E&I maintenance activities to align with production schedules and maximize plant productivity.
• Lead preventive maintenance systems and equipment history/asset register development.
• Drive safe work practices and ensure compliance with GMP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage all E&I maintenance activities across the plant.
• Oversee annual maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance of all equipment.
• Execute Electrical and Instrumentation engineering projects and budgets.

Role & responsibilities

• To manage all E&I Maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity
• Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities including annual maintenance, breakdown maintenance of all equipment, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Execution of all Electrical and Instrumentation engineering projects
• Designing and implementing appropriate systems preventive maintenance, equipment history and asset register.
• Preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Maintenance planning and control.
• Developing vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services
• Safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.
• Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc.
• Ensure all electrical safety systems are functional all the time
• Ensure GMP practices are followed as per company protocols

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: B.E.- Mechanical/ Electrical/ E&I

Experience: 6 - 9 yrs (Especially in E&I)
