Job summary

Titan Engineering and Automation (TEAL) is seeking a seasoned Electrical Operations & Maintenance lead for our plant in Tamil Nadu. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring reliable power and energy efficiency across HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, and critical utilities.

You will guide a team of engineers and technicians, drive capex projects, and coordinate with vendors to deliver projects on quality, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for electrical installations.
• Ensure maximum uptime of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and plant utilities.
• Monitor electrical performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and electrical safety regulations.
• Maintain and renew electrical licenses, permits and approvals.
• Conduct electrical safety audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Drive implementation of EHS standards and safe work practices.
• Lead electrical infrastructure expansion, modification, and modernization projects.
• Manage vendor selection, contractor supervision and project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered within quality, cost, and timeline targets.
• Monitor power consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Drive energy conservation and power-quality initiatives.
• Coordinate with electricity boards and external agencies.
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Establish performance targets and drive capability development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
