Job summary

Kores in Maharashtra seeks a maintenance professional to coordinate with the Engineering Manager and plant personnel for electrical and mechanical maintenance, preventive upkeep, and record-keeping.

The role includes energy conservation initiatives, safety training, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, readying facilities for inspections, and assisting with work orders and procurement.

Responsibilities

• To carry out maintenance activities in coordination with Manager Engineering & plant personnel.
• To make purchase requisitions for engineering items.
• To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and maintaining record.
• To maintain records instrument calibration, Electrical annual inspection, weighing machine stamping etc.
• To monitor, maintaining DG operations etc.
• To carry out HT & LT side maintenance, PCC, MCC panels etc
• To achieve quality objectives.
• To monitor Maintaining of good housekeeping in Electrical room, DG room, etc.
• To make help for account and purchase department to make work orders for out sourcing engineering jobs.
• To train workers/contractors in safety and implement statutory safety regulations.
• To keep all statutory documents updated and area, facility ready for inspection.
• To prepare various permits pertaining to maintenance activities.
• To handled electrical related AHU breakdown.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Identify scope for energy conservation, cost reduction, modifications for easy and smooth operations.
• Help in day to day QMS documents like Change control, SOP, Deviations etc.
