Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions in India seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance engineer to lead preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical assets across HT/LT systems, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, motors, and power distribution. You will manage calibration of field instruments, PLC/SCADA/DCS/HMI systems, and optimize process control for better plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12? years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within a manufacturing or process industry.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, VFDs, HT/LT systems, and industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.
• Ensure reliable operation of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, motors, generators, and power distribution systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Manage maintenance and calibration of field instruments, analyzers, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and weighing systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Optimize process control systems to improve plant performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation through regular calibration.
