Job summary

Laqshya Live Experiences Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Events Manager to develop and nurture client relationships and lead end-to-end event campaigns. You will collaborate with clients to shape marketing and communications plans, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets.

Responsibilities include coordinating ideation with creative teams, delivering compelling pitches, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution, while collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA required.
• 6–8 years of experience in events industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture favorable business relationship with clients
• Work with clients to develop event marketing and communication plans
• Understand client brief and develop event strategies that align with client objectives and budget
• Gather research, spearhead ideation with creative teams, develop and deliver pitch presentations
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded
• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including AV production in coordination with creative and production teams
• Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and manage all logistics related to events, including setup and teardown
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event deliverables, materials, collateral, and promotional items are produced and delivered on time
• Manage onsite event execution, including overseeing all event staff, and handling any issues or concerns that arise
• Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Oversee multiple client events and be able to recognize, solve or neutralize potential issues or conflicts

Education
