Job summary

Merkle Schweiz seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert for our India-based team in Pune. You will drive engagement journeys, data activation, and API integrations to enable AI-powered marketing campaigns.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, SSJS, and REST APIs, with familiarity of Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next as a plus. Certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement).
• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus.
• Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable.
