Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant with 5–8 years of experience to drive Marketing Cloud strategy, solution delivery and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, excellent communication skills and proven experience working with global stakeholders, particularly across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and translate them into scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Lead business engagement, requirements gathering and solution discussions.
• Support and collaborate with EMEA stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Drive backlog refinement, prioritization and sprint planning activities.
• Own end-to-end Marketing Cloud strategy and delivery initiatives.
• Design, develop, configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Provide recommendations on best practices, platform enhancements and adoption of new Marketing Cloud capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional Salesforce teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Conduct solution demos, workshops and stakeholder presentations.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5–8 years of overall Salesforce experience with significant hands‑on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Understanding of customer engagement strategies, personalization, segmentation and campaign optimization.
