Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and more. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce and third‑party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data extensions, queries, automations, and journeys.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and build customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio & Email Studio.
• Create and optimize marketing emails and templates using AMP script, HTML, and CSS.
• Configure and implement audience segmentation strategies and manage customer data within Marketing Cloud.
• Develop custom scripts and logic using Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS) and AMP script for advanced personalization.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and journeys.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including GDPR and CAN‑SPAM guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on system configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Provide technical expertise to marketing teams on leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Strong proficiency with AMP script, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem integration and data flow management.
