Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking a skilled SFMC developer to design and deploy marketing automation solutions. You will integrate Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud to enable real-time AI decisioning across customer journeys.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs, plus strong data modeling skills and a track record of building robust cloud integrations. Gurgaon/Pune location with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SFMC experience (Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder).
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Prompt Builder.
• Proven track record connecting platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and native connectors.
• Strong relational data modeling, data profiling, and SQL query optimization.
• Core skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for CloudPages and template execution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to explain AI/technical workloads to cross-functional stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents, Topics, and Actions for marketing automation and customer engagement workflows
• Configure Prompt Builder and integrate LLM-assisted decisioning into customer journeys and dynamic messaging
• Connect Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud and external APIs to provide real-time context and safely ground AI actions
• Establish guardrails, testing protocols, and compliance standards for AI-generated interactions
• Design relational data schemas, Data Extensions, and customer profiles for real-time AI decisioning and segmentation
• Build REST/SOAP API integrations, microservices, and webhooks connecting SFMC with internal backends, CDPs, and enterprise systems
• Write intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries for data transformations in Automation Studio and Data Cloud
• Build dynamic, personalized logic using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop custom CloudPages, interactive forms, and API-triggered entry sources in Journey Builder
• Troubleshoot complex data flows, API failures, and agent execution paths using root-cause analysis
