Job summary

Merkle is hiring for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to design and implement customer journeys and data-driven campaigns from Pune, India. The role requires deep expertise in Marketing Cloud modules, AMPscript/SSJS coding, and API-based integrations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate customer data, implement advanced AI-enabled campaigns, and leverage Data Cloud capabilities to optimise engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise with strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules and data activation.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder is required.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for data-driven campaigns and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration.
