Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to design and implement customer journeys, automate campaigns, and integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM. You will configure Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions, and lead testing, deployment, and optimization efforts.

Expect involvement in discovery workshops and presales activities while ensuring scalable solutions across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing and implementing customer journeys, marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign management, and integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to build customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Configure Email Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and segmentation.
• Develop personalized campaigns using AMPscript and SQL.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.

Requirements

• Experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong functional and hands‑on expertise in designing and implementing customer journeys, marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign management, and integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Configure Email Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and segmentation.
• Develop personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support campaign testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Conduct discovery workshops and translate marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support solution design, effort estimation, and presales activities.
