Job summary

The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience, BE/B.Tech in Chemical, and familiarity with major tender portals and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in tendering for infra projects.
• BE/B.Tech in Chemical engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, portals, contracts and BOQ.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities based on project requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Prepare, review and submit technical bids in compliance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inputs and ensure timely bid submission.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, amendments, and client correspondence.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of the tendering process for infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with major government and private tender portals (eProcurement, GeM, CPP Portal, etc.).
• Good understanding of contracts, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and tender documentation.
• Identification, evaluation, and analysis of tender opportunities based on project requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Preparation, review, and submission of technical bids in compliance with tender requirements.
• Expertise in managing tender documentation, statutory compliance, and pre-qualification requirements.
• Coordination with internal departments for technical inputs, commercial documentation, and bid compilation.
• Ensuring timely submission of bids while adhering to client specifications and deadlines.
