Job summary

LoadShare Networks is seeking a Manager Operations in Kochi to lead end-to-end last-mile operations across multiple hubs. You will drive on-time delivery, SLA adherence, and customer experience while ensuring compliance with hub processes and inventory control.

The role requires strong data orientation, leadership of large teams and vendors, and a track record of cost optimization and operational improvements in logistics. This is an on-site leadership position based in Kochi.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in last-mile logistics / e-commerce operations / supply chain.
• Proven track record of managing multi-hub operations at scale.
• Strong data orientation: able to work with dashboards, KPIs, and process metrics.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage large teams and vendors in high-pressure environments.
• Execution-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily last-mile operations across multiple hubs within the cluster to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch.
• Drive SLA adherence for delivery performance, TAT, and customer experience.
• Ensure process compliance across all hub operations including sorting, scanning, POD, and inventory.
• Analyze KPIs and operational dashboards and drive performance improvements.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure cost optimization and productivity improvement across hubs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Hub Incharges, Supervisors, and ground staff within the cluster.
• Collaborate with central operations, business teams, and clients to resolve operational challenges.
• Provide regular updates on cluster performance to regional leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily last-mile operations across multiple hubs within your cluster to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch.
• Drive SLA adherence for delivery performance, TAT, and customer experience.
• Ensure process compliance across all hub operations including sorting, scanning, POD, and inventory.

Performance Management

• Analyze KPIs and operational dashboards (delivery success %, cost per shipment, utilization, etc.) and drive performance improvements.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure cost optimization and productivity improvement across hubs.

People & Vendor Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage Hub Incharges, Supervisors, and ground staff within the cluster.
• Drive motivation, discipline, and engagement across a diverse workforce.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with central operations, business teams, and clients to resolve operational challenges.
• Provide regular updates on cluster performance to regional leadership.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in last-mile logistics / e-commerce operations / supply chain.
• Proven track record of managing multi-hub operations at scale
• Strong data orientation: able to work with dashboards, KPIs, and process metrics.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage large teams and vendors in high-pressure environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics players
• Hands-on with operational tech platforms, rider apps, and last-mile automation tools.
